His experience counts 12 years of working in project management, construction and development. With his hotels & restaurants operations hands-on know how, Gil'ad has been involved in significant major successful hotels; such as: the Bellevue Palace in Bern, the Carlton Hotel in St. Moritz, Nova Park in Zurich, the Fairmont San Francisco and San Jose Hotels, Royal Beach, the Eilat Princess Hotel.

Gernot R. Leuthmetzer
Gernot Leuthmetzer is a hotel development professional with 28 years of experience in construction projects all over the world. Using his expertise and experience in construction contracting and hotel development, Gernot was involved in high-end projects such as the Marriott hotels in Warsaw, Prague, Bucharest and Kabul, the Radisson hotel in Sczeczin, Poland, the American International School of Bucharest and other office buildings.

Noam J. Harari
Noam J. Harari is a graduate of the Tel Aviv University, specialized in Mechanical Engineering. Due to his know-how and wide experience, he was the chairman of the HVAC Consultants Organization in Israel between 1998 and 2008 and is now a member of ASHRAE. Since 1987, he has been running his own HVAC engineering company and developing projects in the entire Europe and Africa. The company specializes in high-end hotels and restaurants, medical institutions, hi-tech buildings, data centers and commercial centers.

Adrian Ciurtin, LL.M
Graduated from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University and from the University of Bucharest, Adrian Ciurtin constantly acted throughout his carrier as a sophisticated banking and real estate lawyer. Heading for more than a decade the consultancy division in Ciurtin, Brasoveanu & Partners, he has advised important RE developers, engineering companies, international general contractors and has substantially contributed to numerous major projects with residential or commercial destination (Hotels – development / management contracts, supermarkets, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial and logistic facilities) and to several major infrastructure projects. Starting 2008 he has successfully negotiated and closed management agreements with top tier hotel operators worldwide, which recommend Adrian Ciurtin for dealing with complex hotel projects. His law firm is partner of Ecovis Romania, part of the global network Ecovis, present in 50 countries worldwide.
Ahmed M. Ewis
In his 13 years of experience in HVAC execution works and cost management, Ahmed M. Ewis has been involved in major projects such as high-class hotels, office buildings, restaurants and commercial centers. He is a partner of a Romanian MEC execution company since 2011 and also a member of the Project Management Institute.

Since graduating from the Technical University of Civil Engineering, Oana Cumpanasiu has been working in engineering and project budgeting. And now, using her over 20 years of experience, she deals with tender documentation, financial consultancy and is the CFO of Gilor General Hospitality.

Marius Ilie
Started working with Gil'ad Katz since 1999. Marius supports all IT and computer communication of GGH as well in charge of all administrative assignments, supporting accounting, engineering and actual site works.
Florin Lupan
With a vast experience in electromechanical execution works, Florin Lupan uses his expertise to develop high-end hotels, office buildings, restaurants and commercial centers. Due to his professionalism, he is a member of the Project Management Institute, a member of ANRE for electrical installations and a partner in a Romanian MEC execution company since 2011.

Sandra Tanase
Sandra Tanase, Business Development Manager, a law graduate of the University of Bucharest, as well as Psychology & Criminology and a Master in Human Resources from Derby University, England. For the past 6 years her main activity is in Real Estate & Renewable Energy. Her strong emphasis is on advising developers and investors in the acquisition process, generating business for emerging markets and industries and developing new accounts. Significant experience in revenue management, experience in forecasting, pricing and inventory control, selling experienced in selling projects with a total value above 20 million euro. Sandra also acts for a significant range of clients including commercial developers and private land owners or investors. With excellent selling skills she proved positive, pro-active and self-motivated abilities to work under pressure, to achieve targets, drive business expansion, by generating, implementing and initiating excellent business cases for the clients.
